This light wine is fruity both to the nose and on the palate. The 2020 vintage is a solar, succulent fruit bomb. The gamay vines are between 15 and 25 years old. The “Terroir du Martin” vintage is the result of a ten-day carbonic fermentation process in concrete vats followed by maturation in stainless steel vats. This biodynamic wine, whose total SO2 remains below 50mg, is not filtered. It can be served with charcuterie platters, vegetable quiches, and mild cow’s milk cheeses. Sold exclusively in wine shops.
