This Côtes-de Provence rosé is made from 70% grenache,
20% cinsault and 10% cabernet-sauvignon. The vineyards are located on a pebbly plateau with a poor top soil.
The vines are grown according the cordon de Royat system: they are cordon-trained,
each arm carrying four spurs that are drastically pruned in the spring in order to eliminate
all unnecessary shoots.
The must was fermented in a stainless steel vat at 16°C, which helped the development of
the aromas of small red berries. Since the wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation,
it has retained an agreeable freshness and a dash of liveliness. This very elegant and balanced
rosé will take you all the way from aperitif to the end of the meal. A great rosé to discover!
