Our guest house is a former magnanerie (silkfarm) built in the local stone, whose oldest section dates back to the 17th century.
About us
Since February 15, 2021, The Hameau de la Savouillane has been brought to life by a collective of friends led by Christophe and Olivier. The management is handled by Nicolas Bach. This exceptional place includes a guesthouse, a vacation studio, a swimming pool, a patio that can host events (concerts, performances, exhibitions, family gatherings…), and a wine cellar offering a selection of organic and biodynamic wines, as well as spirits from near and far..
About the wine shop
For 30 years, Christophe Poiré, WSET graduate, has been exploring vineyards in France and beyond. He graduated from the University Institute of Vine and Wine in Dijon in 2003. In 2024, he achieved level 4 of the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) in wines of the world. He provides oenology and tasting courses in Buis-Les-Baronnies and at the University of Lorraine. All wines offered at the cellar are organic and biodynamic, selected directly from the estates by Christophe. A range of spirits complements the wine selection. Christophe approaches tasting through an understanding of terroirs.
The Guest Table
Olivier obtained his CAP in cuisine in 2022. He has worked in various restaurants in Lyon. He is also interested in nutrition.
