The “Antonin” vintage is made from vines that are about fifty years old. An elegant, full-bodied and fruity wine, it is the result of a semi-carbonic fermentation process in stainless steel vats, prior to which a third of the grapes was destemmed and a soft crushing was carried out. It is an unfiltered biodynamic wine whose total SO2 is below 50mg. A true gem of a wine that will leave you wanting more, it is the perfect match for grilled meat, bœuf bourguignon, smoked ham, or an omelette with button mushrooms.
