The nose of this very aromatic and surprisingly refreshing wine is of ripe yellow fruits, such as peaches and apricots, with aromas of rose and orange blossom. The floral notes are confirmed on the palate. This viognier is made from twenty-year-old vines planted on granitic soil. Its acidity and texture are beautifully balanced and make it an ideal wine for aperitif. It will also pair very well with white meat enhanced by a touch of curry and, in season, with fresh green asparagus. Available at the wine shop or by shipment.
